A maiden podium finish on the road circuit at Indianapolis Motor Speedway was the only top-10 result she earned from the first five races of the season. The British driver, who is presently in her second season of racing in the key feeder series for IndyCar, had a difficult beginning to the season.
Following that, she secured her first pole position and went on to win her first race at Road America. Since then, she has finished in the top ten of every race, and she is currently in fifth place in the standings with four races left to go.
