Jamie Chadwick, an Indy Nxt racer, receives his first IndyCar test from Andretti

Andrew Chadwick, who competes for Andretti Global’s Indy Nxt team, will be participating in an IndyCar test at Barber Motorsports Park on September 30. This news was published by Andretti Global.

A maiden podium finish on the road circuit at Indianapolis Motor Speedway was the only top-10 result she earned from the first five races of the season. The British driver, who is presently in her second season of racing in the key feeder series for IndyCar, had a difficult beginning to the season.

Following that, she secured her first pole position and went on to win her first race at Road America. Since then, she has finished in the top ten of every race, and she is currently in fifth place in the standings with four races left to go. She is quite close to being in the running for the championship once again.

The driver, Chadwick, expressed his excitement over the opportunity to test in the IndyCar series for the very first time with Andretti Global.

My heartfelt gratitude goes out to the team for providing me with this wonderful opportunity. One that I will undoubtedly take pleasure in is this one. My objective is to continue to compete in the IndyCar series, and I cannot wait to get as much knowledge as I can on that particular day at one of the most challenging courses on the schedule.

Michael Andretti, the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Andretti Global, made the following statement: “It has been a pleasure watching Jamie grow as a driver in our Indy Nxt program.” It is clear that she put in a lot of effort during the winter after her rookie season, and we are really happy with the improvement that she has made through this time.

The level of competition in the Indy Nxt field this year is quite high, and the fact that Jamie has been able to achieve such success is evidence of the degree of talent and potential that she possesses. We believe in rewarding hard effort and success and are delighted to provide her this chance. We’re all looking forward to seeing what she can do in September.”
