Another terrible injury to a major player adds to the Giants’ terrible season.
. The Giants’ standout defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence is out for the season, making the already dire situation in New York even worse. He took a terrible hit during their NFL Thanksgiving traditional game loss to the Dallas Cowboys Following receipt of the injury report, it was concluded that the player will not be returning to play this season due to a dislocated elbow. Following the game, Lawrence stated that he would attempt to play despite his injury, but the team stopped him from doing so.
This was confirmed by head coach Brian Dabollat his Friday press conference as he does not want to put his player in jeopardy in the future after this injury suffered with a team that is going nowhere.
