George Russell finds “memes on YouTube” offensive.

George Russell, a Mercedes driver, spoke with Martin Brundle prior to the 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

After not being interviewed during the season, George Russell acknowledged that he felt “left out” by former Formula 1 driver turned pundit Martin Brundle last Sunday at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Russell was approached by Brundle during his customary gridwalk for Sky Sports F1 at the Yas Marina Circuit near the conclusion of the segment, during which the Mercedes driver revealed the shocking information.

Russell informed Brundle that he hadn’t spoken to him during the season and that the only thing he was seeing on YouTube were “memes” featuring the former Formula One driver “chatting with everyone.”

Russell told Brundle, “I feel like we haven’t talked all season.” “I feel excluded. On YouTube, I constantly see memes of you chit-chatting with everyone.

The exchange between the two was humorous, as Brundle expressed regret to Russell for not including him this season.

Although Russell denied it, Brundle told the King’s driver who was born in Lynn that he believed he didn’t want people talking to him before a race.

Before Russell affirmed that they will communicate further in 2024, the pundit expressed his “deepest apologies” for not getting back to the Mercedes driver this season.

“Oh, I apologize so much for that! Brundle apologised, “I thought you were normally like, ‘No, I’m not talking to him.'”

“No, no, no. Next year, we’ll do even more, Russell promised.

Russell will likely be hoping that, after his performance in the season finale, where he secured Mercedes’ second place in the Constructors’ Championship, Brundle talks to him more in 2024.

Russell started the first lap in fourth place, but he actually dropped to fifth after getting caught by Lando Norris, who got off to a better start.

Fernando Alonso speaks out about a serious accusation made against Lewis Hamilton

After an incident with Lewis Hamilton at the 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Fernando Alonso was the subject of an investigation for driving erratically.

Fernando Alonso responded to Lewis Hamilton’s claims that he attempted to brake test the seven-time world champion during the final race of the 2023 season on Sunday in Abu Dhabi.

Fernando Alonso responded to Lewis Hamilton’s claims that he attempted to brake test the seven-time world champion during the final race of the 2023 season on Sunday in Abu Dhabi.

Following his second pit stop, Alonso emerged from the pits ahead of Hamilton, who was running right on his gearbox, as they re-entered the Yas Marina Circuit.

Because the Mercedes driver was only a second behind the Spanish driver, he was eligible for DRS down the main straight.

But Alonso abruptly moved to the right of the racing line and seemed to slow down as they got closer to the DRS detection line. This prompted Hamilton to call him right away and report that he attempted to brake test him.
