Breaking news:denver Nuggets Star Subtly Calls Out due to…

Denver Nuggets star Jamal Murray was complimentary of OKC Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander following Friday night’s game, but the Nuggets star did subtly call out what he believes are push-offs from OKC’s MVP candidate.

I don’t know, brother,” Murray said when asked why Gilgeous-Alexander was able to get going in the 3rd quarter. “He played a good game. We gotta do a better job just playing one on one, knowing his moves, being ready for the push-offs and all of that. So we just have to do better individually… He’s a great player, he finds things really well, draws fouls, so we gotta do better of just crowding him and making him do something that he doesn’t wanna do.”

This was a subtle mention of push-offs from Murray, but still a noticeable one. While Gilgeous-Alexander is very crafty at getting to his spots and creating space, it seems Murray feels it may not always be with legal moves, such as push-offs.

Two of the best Canadian basketball players in the league right now, it doesn’t seem like there is any real beef between Murray and Gilgeous-Alexander. That said, the Nuggets star expressed his thoughts on the difficulty of guarding OKC’s star, and how that’s especially difficult with what Murray feels are push-offs.

Understandably frustrated after that loss, Murray added that he and the team are ready to bounce back in their next game.
