Breaking news: Aston Villa has handed a release clause to Juventus’ top…Everything changes' - Roma boss Jose Mourinho points to Paulo Dybala injury as he laments 'painful' derby defeat to Lazio | Goal.com

According to a report from Corriere della Sera, Paulo Dybala is a man in demand. Aston Villa, Chelsea, and Newcastle United are interested in signing the AS Roma attacker. And the three Premier League clubs have contacted the entourage of the 2022 FIFA World Cup champion to inquire for information about him.

Paulo Dybala has been one of Serie A’s best forwards for more than a decade. The 30-year-old has only played for Italian clubs in Europe, including US Palermo, Juventus, and AS Roma. He rose to fame during his time at Palermo before joining the Bianconeri in July 2015.

The Argentine international spent the next seven years dominating Serie A football with Juventus. While his stock dropped during his final years with the Turin club, he has put it behind him since joining AS Roma. And Dybala’s strong performances have continued this season, with six goals and six assists in 18 appearances.

Meanwhile, Dybala was a member of the Argentine squad that won the 2022 FIFA World Cup. His future at AS Roma is uncertain due to a small release clause in his contract. Aston Villa, Chelsea, and Newcastle United have all expressed interest in this venture.

According to recent sources, Chelsea began negotiations to sign Dybala this month. According to the most recent report, the Blues have approached his entourage seeking information about the 30-year-old World Cup winner. That also applies to Aston Villa and Newcastle United.Juventus provide update on Dybala contract situation | Goal.com

The Villans are looking for an attacker who can share the scoring load with Ollie Watkins. Dybala is therefore a possible target. In addition, he is an adept creator who can assist Watkins in the final third. Newcastle United might benefit from a flexible attacker given their inability to score consistently this season.

However, time is running out for Aston Villa, Chelsea, and Newcastle United, as Dybala’s release clause is only active until mid-January. So it will be intriguing to watch if a move to the Premier League becomes a reality.
