SF Giants replace one Tommy John patient with another in opportunistic roster move

There was a lot of hypothesis that Wednesday would be the day the dam broke in baseball’s frosty free organization. Groups were permitted to move players to the 60-day harmed list, opening up spots on the 40-individual for expected increments with practically no waiver-wire setbacks.
