Journalist Alan Nixon claims that in order to get the team competitive for the Championship, Derby County is considering both permanent and loan agreements in the summer.

Paul Warne led Derby back to the Championship last season after the team placed second in League One.

As Warne considers a summer makeover, a number of players are expected to depart Derby.

Although Derby has not yet made their first summer acquisition, the Rams have been connected to a number of possible players.

According to Warne, the Rams have dispatched scouts to Denmark and the Netherlands in order to identify possible targets, thus they are attempting to take advantage of the Danish and Dutch markets in the summer.

It has been reported that Derby is looking at permanent and loan agreements to bolster their roster.

The Rams are open to both permanent and loan agreements and will not prioritize one over the other.

Warne faces an uphill battle in trying to assemble a competitive team as a number of players are set to depart in June when their contracts expire.

According to reports, Derby is looking at signing Cardiff City star Ebou Adams to a permanent contract. Adams made an impression on loan for the team last season.
