United is currently facing yet another injury issue.\
After the team made a statement on social media, Manchester United supporters demanded that one player be permitted to leave the team.
United hosts Fulham at Old Trafford on Friday in their first Premier League game of the year.
Luke Shaw, a left back, was judged ineligible to play against Manchester City in the Community Shield last weekend, therefore he will miss out on this opportunity.
Shaw’s injury to his calf has been confirmed by United, and he will be sidelined until at least the upcoming international break in September.
Luke Shaw will miss the first few Premier League games because of a calf injury he suffered at the beginning of preseason training, according to a statement from the club.
“He is working hard on his rehabilitation with a view to being available after the first international break.”
Shaw had just lately resumed his training after helping England go to the Euro 2024 final.
He participated for ninety minutes in the July 13 final match against Spain, making his first club or national team appearance since February because of a hamstring issue.
In addition, some United supporters are beginning to wonder if Shaw should stay at the team in the long run given the already worrisome lack of depth at left defense, even though they are understanding of his circumstances and recognize that he is one of the team’s most important players when healthy.
Someone wrote: “This is the last season of Luke Shaw at Manchester United unfortunately.”
Another commented: “Luke Shaw is probably our best player after Bruno, but bloody hell that’s only beneficial if he’s fit.”
Another stated: “While we support him and his rehabilitation, we should be planning to move on from him totally.”

“Luke Shaw damn near had his leg amputated,” the fourth statement said. It’s unfortunate that he can’t keep in shape, but it’s time to move on. It’s amazing he can walk at all, much less play football.”
Noussair Mazraoui, a versatile full-back for Bayern Munich, is expected to sign a contract with United.
On the right flank, though, the Morocco international will have competition from Diogo Dalot following Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s move to West Ham.
Tyrell Malacia, who is still recovering from an injury, leaves 17-year-old Harry Amass as the only other natural left-back behind Shaw.
